Duties
- Assist in designing, implementing, and refining behavioral health programs that meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Supervise clinical staff, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure excellent service delivery
- Manage program operations including scheduling, documentation, and compliance with licensing standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, and stakeholders to promote collaborative care
- Oversee administrative functions such as budgeting, billing processes, and resource allocation to ensure program sustainability
- Support staff training initiatives focused on best practices in social work, behavioral health interventions, and working with diverse populations
- Monitor program outcomes through data collection and analysis to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction
Experience
- Valid licensure as an LCSW or LMHC with active clinical practice experience in behavioral health settings
- Proven management experience overseeing mental health or social work programs
- Demonstrated success in program development and implementation within healthcare or community service environments
- Experience working directly with individuals who have developmental disabilities or complex behavioral needs
- Strong relationship management skills to foster partnerships with clients, families, community organizations, and internal teams
- Background in administrative tasks such as budgeting, documentation compliance, and staff supervision
- Knowledge of behavioral health best practices combined with a passion for supporting vulnerable populations
