Opening for Veterinary Client Service Representative
We are privileged to have a very dedicated team here at the Compassionate Care Veterinary Hospital of Manlius and are currently looking for an additional team member to join our front office staff.
We are currently seeking candidates who enjoy working in a team oriented environment, have strong customer relations and social skills, are outgoing and friendly, motivated, and dedicated as well as meticulous, reliable and flexible.
Client Service Representative duties include preparing patient records for technicians and doctors, answering multiple phone lines, greeting clients and patients, weighing pets, cleaning and restocking office space and examination rooms, collecting client payments, promoting medical recommendations and products, in addition to making appointments. Some computer skills necessary include data entry, word processor applications and functions, and ability to successfully operate copy and fax machines.
Part time schedule hours will vary between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
