Travel Required: Up to 1–2 hours outside of Fargo, ND
About the Position
Compassionate Care Solutions LLC is seeking a dependable, flexible, and compassionate Float Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide care and support to individuals in Fargo and surrounding communities.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work schedule, is comfortable traveling, and is willing to provide coverage wherever services are needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, personal care, companionship, and community support.
- Travel to different client locations in Fargo and surrounding communities.
- Fill open shifts, assist with staffing shortages, and provide coverage as needed.
- Follow individualized care plans and complete required documentation.
- Maintain professional, reliable, and compassionate care.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel 1–2 hours outside of Fargo.
- Must be flexible and willing to work at multiple client locations.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must be dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working with different individuals.
- Previous caregiving, DSP, CNA, or related experience preferred.
Compensation
$24–$27 per hour, depending on Location
