We are looking for a competent personal care assistants/certified nursing assistants/homemakers to support physically or mentally challenged customers in their everyday lives. The fulfilment and satisfaction that comes with helping others surpasses the challenges of this job. Experience in housekeeping tasks and caring for the elderly or sick will make you a strong candidate.
Responsibilities
- Medication reminders
- Support clients who can’t move on their own
- Help clients dress, bathe, eat etc.
- Cook meals or snacks according to the client's restrictions
- Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
- Provide emotional support
- Inform supervisors about any changes with client
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Skills
- Proven experience as personal care assistant/certified nursing assistant
- Committed to health & safety
- Able to do housework and cooking
- Well-organized and reliable
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive and compassionate attitude
- CPR certified
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license
Duties:
- Providing companionship and supportive listening
- Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
- Feeding clients
- Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities

Requirements:
Resume, Tb skin test, fingerprint background check, Current PCA Certificate Copy of CPR card, Driver License, Car Insurance card, copy of social security card, copy of High School Diploma or GED. MUST have dependable transportation. Must pass drug test. Must have a checking account for direct deposit. Copy of CNA license if applicable. Must have 3 professional References.
