Position Summary:
We’re looking for caring and skilled Personal Care Assistants, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Homemakers to support clients with physical or mental challenges in their daily activities. This role goes beyond just a job—it’s a chance to provide purpose, comfort, and companionship.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Medication reminders
- Assistance with mobility, dressing, bathing, and feeding
- Preparing meals/snacks per dietary needs
- Light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe space
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Reporting any health/status changes to supervisors
- Emergency response when necessary
- Support with hobbies, social activities, and general well-being
Skills & Qualities:
- Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, or Homemaker (REQUIRED)
- Positive, compassionate attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and well-organized
- Able to cook and perform light housework
- Committed to health and safety standards
- CPR certified
Requirements:

- Copy of CPR Card
- Valid Driver’s License & Proof of Car Insurance
- Social Security Card
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fingerprint Background Check
- Must pass a Drug Test
- Reliable transportation
