We are seeking dedicated and compassionate BT/RBT's (Behavior Techs/Registered Behavior Techs) to join our team! 2 Available Position $22.00 - $25.00/hour
- (1-2) FULL TIME BT/RBT Southington, CT- ABA center 8:30am-4:30pm- Benefits: PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, dental. continuing education credits, professional development assistance, RBT/BCBA supervision.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor client progress through regular data collection and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral techniques and strategies.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and treatment summaries, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Skills
- Proficient in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Strong experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members.
- Understanding of behavioral health principles and practices related to individuals with disabilities.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
