Duties:
- Medication reminders following prescribed schedules and guidelines.
- Uphold resident rights and ensure a safe and supportive environment for all individuals.
- Support individuals in a nursing home or home care setting with compassion and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and report any changes in health or behavior promptly.
- Patient is bed-bound, contracted into a fetal position, and on hospice care. Must have the ability to work with patient that requires feeding and diaper changes.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $18.25 per hour
