About the Role:
Join Compassionate ABA & Therapeutic Services, a growing multidisciplinary practice dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental delays reach their full potential. We are hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across multiple locations to provide high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
This position offers a guaranteed 20 hours per week and a sign-on bonus after 90 days of successful employment.
Schedule:
- Flexible, consistent hours
- Monday–Friday afternoons (may vary by client need) AFTER 4:00PM Availbility Required
- 20-hour weekly guarantee
What You’ll Do:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors
- Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
- Use positive reinforcement strategies and evidence-based ABA interventions
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and therapists to promote client success
Qualifications:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
- At least 6 months of experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (ABA experience preferred but not required)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable team player with strong communication skills
Training & Growth:
- Paid training and supervision hours provided
- Graduate students may earn supervision hours toward BCBA/BCaBA certification
