Role Description
This is an Independent Contractor role - Therapist based in Marion, Porter, and Lake Counties. As a therapist, you will be responsible for providing individual therapy, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering support to clients of all ages. You will work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to deliver the highest quality of care and ensure that our clients' mental health needs are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing individual therapy
- Proficient in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Licensed therapist (LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or similar) in the state of Indiana
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Commitment to serving underserved communities
- Experience working with a diverse clientele is a plus
