Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Assistant

Compassion Chiropractic Office is excited to invite a dedicated, friendly, and reliable individual to join our growing team as a Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Assistant

Position Details

• Positions Available: 1–2 openings (20–40 hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday & Saturday
• Saturday availability preferred
• Location: Brooklyn, New York

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, check in, and assist patients with professionalism and care
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain efficient patient flow
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information
• Process payments and support basic billing tasks
• Ensure accurate patient records and assist with intake forms
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment
• Support daily office flow and ensure smooth clinic operations
• Provide general administrative and clinical support to the chiropractor as needed
• Assist the chiropractor with patient preparation, therapy setup, and basic clinical support when needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to follow instructions and learn quickly
• No prior experience required — training provided
• Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency required
