Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated client service member for a full-time, on-site role at Compass Wealth Partners, located in Dakota Dunes, SD. The client service specialist will be responsible for greeting clients, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, scheduling appointments, marketing support, managing correspondence prep and follow-up, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves performing receptionist duties and ensuring the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently. Hours are M-Th 8:30-5:30 & Friday 8:30-4. Hours could be flexible within these times if needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills.
- Experience in Customer Service and Communication.
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or financial services is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College background a plus.
Pay: $20.00 - $28.88 per hour
