Position Summary:

·         Enforce company policies/business plan/budget targets.

·          Supervise and ensure training for Administrators and ASM as needed.

·          Ensure Associate Relations function/responsibilities are being carried out Timekeeping, discipline action, section meetings, etc.)

·          Ensure proper department workload balance.

·          Responsible for overall supply chain and forecasting/releasing methods/accuracy to suppliers.

·          Responsible for overall inventory control activity (cycle counting, physical inventory, month end inventory levels, troubleshooting variances, etc.).

·          Responsible for overall company QAD activity (overall system processes, auto ordering, etc.).

·          Responsible for overall supplier delivery performance.

·          Enforce PPC data maintenance of Design Change Database.

·          Ensure timely support of new model and build out activity.

·          Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

·          Able to meet strict deadlines while concurrently managing multiple tasks in an open environment.

·         Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills.

·          Self-motivated with strong leadership and staff development skills.

·          Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred or at least 5 years prior relevant experience in manufacturing industry working with ERP system.
