Manufacturing Coordinator

A Global OEM Manufacturer is looking for a Manufacturing Coordinator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Led daily production operations to ensure customer requirements were met on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.
· Supervised and coached production associates through performance planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Trained employees in production processes, company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality requirements.
· Established clear performance expectations and monitored team productivity to achieve departmental goals.
· Tracked and analyzed key performance indicators (KPIs), including reject rates and First Pass Yield (FPY), to identify improvement opportunities.
· Applied the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology to drive continuous process improvements and reduce waste.
· Maintained a clean, organized, and safe production environment in compliance with workplace safety standards.
· Ensured adherence to SOPs, Quality Work Instructions (QWIs), Quality System Procedures (QSPs), and other operational requirements.
· Participated in cross-functional continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects to enhance operational efficiency.
· Resolved production, quality, and delivery issues while supporting organizational objectives related to Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Development (QCDD).
