What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Packer/Assembler position at Compass Staffing Solutions?
Production Packer/Assembler is responsible for packaging finished products according to company and client standards. You will also be assembling lightweight parts and components by hand, and working across multiple departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Requirements: E-Verify required and ability to speak, read, write English.
- Strong attention to detail is important.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexibility to work on different tasks and in various departments.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity is essential.
- Previous manufacturing/production experience is preferred but not required.
