You must live within the service area of Yreka or Mount Shasta, and be willing to drive throughout the region—from Hornbrook to Dunsmuir—to meet the needs of your clients.

Who We Are
Compass helps adults with developmental disabilities live independently in their own homes. As an ILS Mentor, you’ll walk alongside your clients as a life coach—offering skills training, encouragement, and practical support tailored to their goals.

What We're Looking For
- Reliable and teachable—no college degree required
- Excellent with scheduling & community resource navigation
- Comfortable driving clients across Siskiyou County (Hornbrook to Dunsmuir)
- Car, valid driver’s license & auto insurance
- Pass a drug test & background check
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- CPR & First Aid Certification (complete before hire—we’ll pay!)
