Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid CA driver’s license (3 years)
- Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
- Pass background check and drug test (we cover the cost)
- CPR and First Aid before hire (we pay for this too)
Job Responsibilities (Based on Client Needs)
- Help with shopping, meal prep, and cleaning
- Medication reminders and personal care
- Transportation to appointments, school, or work
- Attend community events
- Build meaningful relationships through one-on-one support
Pay Details
- Premium pay: 8 AM–12 AM
- Overnight pay: 12 AM–8 AM (minimum wage)
