DSP / CFS Specialist – Make an Impact!
Starting Pay Range: $22-$28/hr

We’re hiring a DSP / Coordinated Family Support (CFS) Specialist to join our growing team. This is your chance to support dreams, uplift families, and be part of a compassionate, forward-thinking agency.
About the Role:
Coordinated Family Support (CFS) is a new, innovative service for adults with disabilities who live with family. As a CFS Specialist, you’ll:
- Teach life skills and support clients in reaching their personal goals
- Help with scheduling, case management, and advocacy
- Lead fun and meaningful individual and group learning activities
- Connect families to community resources
- Celebrate and respect each client’s unique culture, language, and needs
What You’ll Need:
- Associate's degree OR 3 years' experience in human services
- Valid driver’s license (3 years), clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug test (we cover the cost!)
- CPR & First Aid before hire (we’ll pay for it!)
- Passion for advocacy and disability rights is a huge plus!
Schedule:
Work directly with clients in their homes and communities.
