What You’ll Do
Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes and communities, including:
- Assistance with errands, appointments, and daily tasks
- Advocacy and support at medical appointments
- Help with medication reminders and health-related coordination
- Participation in community activities and building life skills
Your presence helps clients feel confident, supported, and truly seen—especially when navigating health care systems or major life decisions.

Pay ranges reflect premium hours (8 a.m.–12 a.m.). Overnight hours (12 a.m.–8 a.m.) are paid at standard rate.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Are comfortable supporting medical needs and advocating for others
- Enjoy helping people live more freely and independently
- Can pass a background check (Compass covers the cost)
- Are willing to complete CPR and First Aid before hire (we’ll cover training)
