Pay Range at Hire:
- $29.00 - $31.00 per hour
- Lifetime pay range with longevity: $29.00 - $39.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
As a CFS Facilitator, you will:
- Inspire and Lead: Mentor a team of CFS Specialists dedicated to providing life-changing support to clients.
- Build Dreams: Partner with clients and their families to help them pursue their dreams and live more independently.
- Champion Individuality: Develop personalized support plans that honor each person's unique culture, values, and goals.
- Drive Quality Care: Oversee scheduling, training, and quality management to ensure exceptional client care.
- Connect Communities: Travel within the area to support clients where they live, work, and thrive.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum: Associate’s degree (AA) plus 2 years' experience in developmental disabilities services and case management
- Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for serving others
- Excellent communication abilities, including working with diverse communities
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Maintain current CPR/First Aid certification
