Assembly / Wood Mill Worker
We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working person to join our shop team. This role is a hybrid position that works in assembly when jobs are available and helps in the wood mill when assembly work is slow.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime available when workload requires
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assembling finished products and components
- Assisting in the wood mill with general production tasks
- Handling materials and moving parts safely
- Keeping your work area clean and organized
- Working as part of a team to keep jobs moving
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic understanding of hand tools
- Comfortable using a tape measure
- Able to read and write in English
- Shows up on time, every day
- Willing to learn and help where needed
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
Experience
- Shop, mill, or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
- We’re happy to train the right person
