Job Description:
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to treat a diverse caseload, including patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and neurological conditions, as well as individuals seeking preventative care, maintenance, and overall wellness. Using evidence-based practices and advanced technology, you will design and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize functional movement, long-term outcomes, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy services to patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practice.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, functional movement, and long-term wellness.
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (required).
- Active New York State Physical Therapy license (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing individualized, evidence-based care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
