Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking to add to our Food Service Leader Team . Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN.
Food Service Leader Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily work assignments for Dining/Food Service Aids services staff
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and furnishings
- Maintains and cleans equipment in dining area, serving area, stations, and kitchen
- Checks with Manager on Catering events daily
- Responsible for all Temperature/Cooler Logs being completed on a monthly basis
- Assist with work assignments as needed
- Monitors departmental requirements with all infection control policies and procedure
- Monitor pest control within buildings
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Food Services The ability to uphold Compass Park standards of customer service
Food Service Leader Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year experience in long term care environment preferred The ability to work independently with little supervision
