Our services are designed to work alongside curative treatments and to support patients at any stage of their illness. We specialize in assisting individuals affected by conditions such as heart disease, lung disease, Alzheimer's, neurological diseases, and more. We partner closely with primary care physicians to deliver compassionate and comprehensive care throughout a patient's health journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day operational activities
• Monitor and support clinical program requirements
• Maintain and organize office and clinical inventory supplies
• Handle incoming calls and assist with communication management
• Prepare and generate weekly reporting
Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$22–$25 per hour
