What You'll Do:
- Set up and maintain customers and projects in QuickBooks Online
- Create and send customer invoices
- Review Statements of Work and billing terms to figure out when and how customers should be billed
- Double-check invoice amounts, payment terms, PO numbers, and billing details
- Attach supporting documentation to invoices when needed
- Keep track of what's been billed — and flag what hasn't
- Make corrections or adjustments as needed
- Loop in internal teams when billing info is missing or unclear
- Keep billing records neat, accurate, and easy to follow
What You Bring:
- Required: hands-on QuickBooks Online experience
- Billing, invoicing, or Accounts Receivable experience
- A sharp eye for detail
- Comfort reviewing SOWs, contracts, and billing terms
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and juggle a few deadlines at once
