Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiting Coordinator based in Draper, UT. This position is responsible for developing and expanding relationships with insurance agents and agency owners nationwide. The Recruiting Coordinator will drive expansion by executing targeted outreach strategies, prospecting and engagement efforts, and converting relationships into long-term business partnerships with Compass. This role is highly sales-oriented, focused on growth, and relationship development, not an HR or traditional recruiting position. Success in this role requires the ability to deliver compelling, value-based presentations while managing teams and partnership pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-state partnership and outreach strategies based on targeted markets
- Work with a team of offshore dialers to support prospecting and relationship development efforts
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach, engagement, and conversion
- Meet directly with insurance agents and agency owners with the objective of transitioning their business to Compass
- Deliver value-based presentations tailored to prospective partners and agencies
- Conduct consistent follow-up with prospects to advance partnership opportunities
- Attend industry events to build relationships, expand professional networks, and identify new partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team on email campaigns, text outreach, and social media initiatives to support partner growth
- Source, analyze, and maintain accurate state-by-state partnership and recruiting data
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and recruitment, or growth-focused roles
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive strategy and improve results
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable conducting high-level meetings and presenting value propositions to agency owners and decision-makers
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Draper, UT
- Strong work ethic with consistency, perseverance, and accountability
- Proficiency with standard office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- High level of technical aptitude, including learning new platforms, CRM systems, browser-based tools, and data entry
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
