Compass Instruments is looking for a field technician to join our team.
Essential Job Functions:
· Provides technical support to customers via site visits, telephone, and digital resources.
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, identify and correct problems with products distributed to customers.
· Conduct calibration on product units to ensure proper functionality.
· Maintain service records for all equipment serviced.
· Used appropriate and designated tools to conduct all equipment service.
· Test circuits, disassemble units, replace defective parts and components, reassemble, check and calibrate.
· Maintains knowledge of current and past products and services.
· Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
