Compass IL is seeking applicants for an Independent Living Specialist to promote independent living opportunities for persons with a disability or frail elders by providing advocacy and independent living skills training, identifying assistive equipment, coordinating community services, and case management. This position encompasses visiting consumers within their homes, identifying barriers, and implementing goals to overcome those barriers to everyday independent living. This is a full-time position located in Menomonie, WI. Preference for individuals with disability-related experiences.
