We are seeking a proactive Junior Sales Representative to join our team in Temecula, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves building relationships with prospective clients, identifying business needs, and offering tailored HR solutions. The day-to-day tasks include outbound calls, lead generation, presenting product offerings, and crafting tailored proposals. The role will also require collaboration with the marketing team and maintaining accurate client records.
