Registered Nurse (RN) — Scottsbluff and Torrington, Compass Home Healthcare Wyoming & Nebraska LLC | Scottsbluff, Torrington | Part-time to Full-time $39.00 – $44.00 per hour with a 6-month review and possible raise, then yearly reviewsJoin a family-owned home health agency that's been caring for clients across Wyoming and Nebraska. We're hiring a Registered Nurse to serve clients in Scottsbluff, Torrington and the surrounding Goshen County area. This is a rewarding role for an RN who values independence, one-on-one patient relationships, and a supportive team that actually answers the phone. What you'll do:
- Provide skilled nursing visits in clients' homes: assessments, wound care, medication management, and ongoing monitoring
- Complete initial nursing assessments and build physician-signed plans of care for new clients
- Conduct supervisory visits for home health aides and keep care plans current
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and the Compass office team
- Enjoy real autonomy in your day — you manage your own visit schedule
What we're looking for:
- Current Wyoming and Nebraska RN license (or ability to obtain)
- Home health, hospice, or community health experience preferred — new grads with strong clinical skills welcome to apply
- Reliable transportation and comfort driving to client homes in a rural service area
- Strong documentation skills and good communication with clients, families, and providers
