Unidine is hiring a Retail Strategy & Optimization Manager to support our Marketing team and improve performance across our healthcare retail foodservice portfolio. This role focuses on retail strategy, performance optimization, consumer experience, and operational efficiency while partnering with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Culinary, and Field Leadership.

- Retail strategy & program execution
- Sales, margin, and promotion analysis
- Pricing, merchandising, and menu optimization
- Retail performance insights & recommendations
- Supporting rollout of retail initiatives and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years in retail strategy, marketing analytics, category management, or multi-unit foodservice
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required
- Healthcare or foodservice experience preferred
- Must live in the Eastern U.S. and be open to heavy travel
- Compass Group marketing experience preferred or heavy marekting experience w/in contract food.
