What You’ll Do:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing patient services team
- Oversee daily operations of patient food services, aligning with medical direction and patient population needs
- Ensure compliance with therapeutic diets and deliver a best-in-class patient dining experience
- Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and consistently exceed service goals
- Maintain full compliance with regulatory standards, HIPAA, and patient rights policies
- Partner with leadership on Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives
- Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement
- Associate degree with 1 year of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree in food service management, nutrition, or related field
- CDM, DTR, or RD credential preferred
- 1 year of food service management experience, ideally in an acute care environment
- ServSafe® certification preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and diet office technology
