Job Summary
Join an award-winning healthcare foodservice team in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona! This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support Foodservice Operations within a fast-paced acute care environment. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the Senior Director of Foodservice Operations and Regional Director of Foodservice Operations, helping drive operational excellence across the Health System.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for welcoming new hires and internal transfers, delivering an exceptional onboarding and orientation experience while providing outstanding customer service.
Provide direct administrative support to the Senior Director of Foodservice Operations and Regional Director of Foodservice Operations.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and assist with daily administrative priorities to ensure efficient operations.
Coordinate team recognition, employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and other activities that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive and proprietary information.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence by collecting, organizing, and analyzing information.
Support departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain accurate records and databases, including performing routine database updates and backups.
Manage office supply inventory and coordinate ordering to ensure the department has the resources needed for daily operations.
Ensure office equipment remains operational by coordinating preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, arranging repairs, and maintaining equipment inventories.
Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to support departmental goals and operational excellence.
Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting cross-functional initiatives and performing other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
