Qualifications:
Bilingual Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi a Plus!
Must have prior Home Healthcare office, administrative or clerical experience
Comfortable working on the phone and computer
Must have prior Experience working in a LHCSA, CHHA, MLTC or Home Care Related Field!
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating Home Health Aide Services
Collaborating with Case Managers, RNs and Staff
Completing referral information
Other related tasks.
