In this role, your lived experience as a young person navigating behavioral health challenges becomes a powerful tool for mentoring others through their journey.WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) provides in-home and community-based behavioral health support to Medicaid-eligible youth (up to age 21) and their families. This model centers the family’s voice and choice while building natural supports to promote long-term stability and resilience.????
