Role Description
This is a full-time position for the role of Director of Behavioral Health. The Director will oversee behavioral health team operations, provide clinical supervision, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead program development. Responsibilities include managing behavioral health initiatives, supporting staff in service provision, and implementing strategies to enhance patient care. We are looking for an experienced, strong and independent leader who can work collaboratively administration, being the right hand person for our Vice President of Operations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Behavioral Health leadership, with experience at various levels of care, specifically outpatient and inpatient psychiatry settings.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- 10 years in healthcare, with behavioral health setting being preferred.
- Ability to foster collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team environment while working in a fast paced environment.
- Capacity to take on challenges by the reins.
Compensation will be based on experience, open to negotiation for the right fit. Must be willing to travel to locations as needed. Candidates local to Florida or Colorado ideal but this is a nationwide search for the best qualified individual to grow with our practice.
