The Therapist provides compassionate, person-centered clinical services to individuals receiving care through ADAPT. This role provides individual, group, and family therapy; clinical assessments; crisis intervention; and collaborative treatment planning. Working closely with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary team members, the Therapist helps identify strengths, reduce barriers, develop wellness and recovery goals, and build skills that support independence and community living. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using a holistic, person-centered approach.
  • Conduct clinical interviews, assessments, and ongoing monitoring to understand needs, strengths, risks, and progress.

  • Facilitate skill-building and therapeutic interventions that promote independence, self-care, recovery, and successful community living.
  • Develop and facilitate engaging group therapy curriculum based on the needs and goals of individuals served.
  • Help individuals and families identify resources, strengthen support systems, and navigate barriers to rehabilitation and wellness.
  • Provide education and support related to medications, treatment recommendations, and wellness strategies as appropriate.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and insurance requirements.
  • Participate in staff training, coaching, and in-service education across agency programs and departments.
