Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm.

As a Senior Financial & Budget Analyst, you’ll play a key role in developing clear, accurate financial reporting that guides decision-making across our Agency. This position supports both routine and specialized financial analysis while helping maintain our Business Intelligence (BI) data warehouse—ensuring leaders have the information they need to advance our mission of inspiring hope and promoting wellness in the rural communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of financial and budgetary reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboard reporting for key financial measures.
• Complete monthly unit account entries for non-financial units (including encounters, bed days, and scripts).
• Manage daily upkeep of the Agency’s BI360 data warehouse and assist with report writing.
• Maintain accurate mapping of all reporting segments within the BI360 data warehouse.
• Assist with preparation of Agency cost reports and other hospital-related financial filings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High School/GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
