**Travel Requirements and Benefits**
- Shifts: Typically 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM with additional travel time
- Travel Frequency: 1 to 4 days a week for approximately 8 weeks
- Compensation: Paid travel time, mileage reimbursement, and lunch allowance up to $18/day
- Conduct health screenings including cholesterol, blood pressure, weight, and body fat percentage assessments
- Administer influenza vaccines
- Educate staff on health conditions
- Ensure participant confidentiality
- Maintain a positive and professional environment at all times
- Demonstrates attendance and punctuality
- Participates in mandatory training
- Exhibits professional and customer service-oriented behavior
