As a Computer Imaging Technician, you'll play an important role in supporting the technology our teams rely on every day. You'll help prepare and maintain computers, support IT asset management, and provide entry-level technical troubleshooting for employees working both on-site and remotely. Key Responsibilities
- Deploy Windows images to desktop and laptop computers.
- Assist with IT hardware inventory and asset management.
- Coordinate and perform technology upgrades and repairs.
- Provide entry-level troubleshooting and technical support to on-site and remote users.
- Work toward established service levels and performance expectations.
- Maintain reliable on-site attendance at the assigned office location.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High School/GED preferred
- Enjoy working with computers and technology and are comfortable learning new systems.
- Approach technical challenges with curiosity, patience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Provide friendly, dependable support and communicate clearly with others.
