Assessment Psychologist

Use Your Clinical Expertise to Empower Individualized Treatment Plans We’re seeking a licensed psychologist to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality psychological assessments that inform care and support long-term wellness. In this role, you’ll conduct integrated evaluations using norm-referenced testing and clinical interviews, then translate your findings into actionable, strength-based recommendations for both treatment and educational planning. This is an impactful opportunity to shape care for individuals across the lifespan while collaborating with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

Full-time, benefit eligible position. 40 hours weekly. Candidate should have experience in psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations for children, teens, and young adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations including testing, interpretation, and feedback
• Prepare clear, strength-based reports with evidence-based recommendations
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to inform care planning
• Complete required documentation (including prior authorizations) accurately and on time
• Maintain productivity expectations while upholding clinical quality standards
• Supervise psychology interns or residents as needed
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and performance improvement efforts
• Stay current with best practices and ethical guidelines in psychological assessment
  
  

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

• Doctorate degree in psychology required
• At least two (2) years’ experience preferred
• Experience in child/adolescent evaluations preferred
  
  

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

LP or PLP (Licensed Psychologist) required
