Under the referral of a physician, the Physical Therapist will evaluate and create treatment plans based on the resident's needs and abilities for treatment. The ideal candidate will have prior long-term care and geriatric care experience.

Requirements
Current CA license is required
Previous geriatric and long term care experience is a plus!
