CNA license is required for this job. 

Vineyard Hills Health Center is looking for an Activities Assistant.  We are a 99 bed skilled nursing facility with a great staff, looking for that special person who wants to enhance the lives of our residents through art, games, music, activities and much more. 

This is a fast paced job that requires you to be energetic, have the ability to work under pressure, be a people person, and multi task. You need to be able to work independently with little supervision, be flexible, be self-directed, and be dependable. 

This is a high energy, fun, and challenging job to have! 

position starts at $21.00 per hour

Requirements

Specific Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background check, reference checks, physical & TB clearance.

Must be able to lift 50lbs 

*Demonstrate a passion for caring for the residents, families, and visitors.

* Assist in developing, maintaining, evaluating, directing and providing daily activities for the residents.

* Creativity
* Assist in-room residents by visiting with them, and perform assistance with crafts, projects, writing letters, as necessary etc.

* This job requires repeated walking, bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling and reaching.

* CNA certification
