What You’ll Do
• Develop and implement lead-generation strategies that attract qualified prospects and support revenue growth.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other social platforms with a focus on CPA efficiency and compliance-appropriate messaging.
• Write and test effective ad copy tailored to health-insurance audiences and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff, consistent follow-through, and improved pipeline conversion.
• Conduct industry and market research to identify new opportunities and audience segments.
• Leverage CRM systems, APIs, and marketing automation tools to manage, track, and enhance the full lead funnel.
• Stay current on advertising trends, compliance requirements, platform changes, and emerging best practices.
What We’re Looking For
• 3 years of experience in lead generation or performance marketing, preferably in health insurance, benefits, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of CPA-based campaign structures and optimization strategies.
• Demonstrated experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, and multi-channel paid media management.
• Ability to write clear, compelling, compliant ad copy that drives results.
• Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and marketing automation workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
