Compass Health Consultants is looking to bring new talent to our fast-growing team! As a Licensed Life and Health Agent, your role will revolve around the ability to network, build lasting relationships with clients and offer an exceptional product portfolio.
Specializing in marketing multiple product lines of uncompromising health coverage plans with over 140 different insurance carriers. Our agents can make a real difference in people's lives. Working directly with self-employed, small business owners and individuals, you will help them access an array of innovative, affordable business and benefit solutions, including private or ACA compliant group coverage with no minimum or maximum participants.
Licensed Health And Life Insurance Agent
Pay ranges from $45,000-60,000 based on prior work experience. No experience necessary! Unlimited Commission based opportunity!

A Business Sales Representative will be providing support to clients through the phone and go over the information that a client needs through business solutions as required for the role. You will be able to take care of the client and adapt their needs through a continually growing relationship.
The ideal candidate MUST have full-time availability. We are seeking someone who is coachable and always willing to learn. Motivation to exceed goals and have positive, resilient attitude. This individual must have the willingness to help people every day. The candidate must also be a self-starter and able to work in performing work duties with little to no supervision. Sales Experience is preferred but not required.
