The MVP Benefits Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting the day today functions of the MVP team. This position acts as a central point for incoming communications while providing administrative and operational support to agents, MVP team and management.
Key responsibilities include handling and directing emails, maintaining accurate client records, and assisting with policy related processes such as employee enrollments, terminations, and benefit updates. The role also involves managing the upload and organization of annual renewal documentation within internal systems and carrier portals.
The coordinator will gain exposure to the MVP enrollment process and assist in enrollment and administrative duties for employer groups.
Additionally, this position includes cross-training on CHC functions to support team flexibility and coverage.
