- Lead and support front-of-house staff to provide outstanding service and create a welcoming environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dining space that reflects the elevated standards of Aggie Athletics.
- Monitor guest experience throughout service, ensuring quality, efficiency, and hospitality at every touchpoint.
- Coordinate with culinary and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless food service and presentation.
- Manage inventory and supplies to reduce waste and maintain operational flow.
- Ensure signage and marketing materials are current, accurate, and guest-friendly.
- Uphold company and client policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Address guest feedback with professionalism and a solution-focused approach.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the operation.
Qualifications:
- Previous front-of-house or food service experience; supervisory or leadership background preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a guest-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality and team development.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
