What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow a portfolio of key healthcare accounts, driving retention, profitability, and innovation.
- Build influential relationships with senior leaders, Trust executives, and decision-makers.
- Lead complex negotiations, renewals, and framework agreements.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with ambitious growth goals.
- Partner cross-functionally with culinary, operations, and supply chain experts to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee seamless contract mobilisations, ensuring high satisfaction and smooth transitions.
- Represent The Cuisine Centre at national healthcare events — building your profile as a sector thought leader.
- 5 years’ experience in strategic or national account management within foodservice, catering, or the public sector.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-site contracts with strong commercial results.
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative, proactive mindset and a passion for innovation.
- (Bonus) Experience in healthcare catering or understanding of pricing and contract frameworks.
