Position: Certified Nursing Assistant/Licensed Practical Nurse Per-diem
Location: Fort Dodge, 67843
Duration: 3months to long term.
Shift: CNA 1st (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) and 2nd (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm) and for LPN (8 and 12 hour shifts available

Pay Rate: $25 - $45 per hour on W2

Documents Required:

  • CNA/LPN License
  • CPR/BLS
  • Covid card

Pay: $23.00 - $45.00 per hour

Experience:

  • CNA/LPN: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • BLS / CPR (Preferred)
  • CNA/LPN (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
