Summary: Responsible for clerical functions, assisting Human Resources Director and Non-Profit Coordinator, & assisting other departments with event staffing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner.
- Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
- Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor.
- Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer.
- Assist Non-Profit Coordinator in maintaining correct documentation and requirements.
- Assist all departments in event check-in of employees, sub-contractors, and volunteers.
- Assist Human Resources Director in developing staffing requirements.
- Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
