We are seeking a skilled
Maintenance Technician with a strong emphasis on HVAC systems
to join our team at a leading oil and gas training facility. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our training environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control issues in HVAC systems.
- Support general facility maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all safety standards and compliance requirements within an oil and gas training environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in industrial or oil and gas settings is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- EPA certification or equivalent.
- Experience with energy-efficient HVAC systems.
